"I started searching for insurance just a few days ago. I was contacted by the Kansas City office but was very happy that the Boonville office also contacted me. Very helpful agent, Clair. I've been with the same company for 50 years which was longer than my old agent was old. I'm very loyal, almost to a fault. I like an agent I can talk to if I need to. Secretary is ok but I like visiting with the agents, that's part of what I pay for. Clair was very helpful, very clear and answered all our questions. Time will tell but for now my wife and I are satisfied."
